"Always Ordering and Loving It!"
I frequently shop here and always receive my orders just right. I'm totally hooked on the cloud nurdz ice flavors. They really try hard to ship things on schedule, and I get that sometimes it might take a bit longer than planned. Some folks just seem upset because of the wait. You gotta realize it’s a big job to handle everything. Just hang tight! Appreciate the nicotine, thanks! ~shayna holmes

"A Year of Great Service"
I've been ordering from this place for more than a year now, and honestly, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My purchases mainly consist of salt nic and replacement coils, and the only hiccup I've faced was getting my card refunded when a juice ran out before my order could be shipped. They usually take a day or two to send out the order, but I've never waited more than three business days. Not sure why some folks have had a rough time, but for me, online shopping here is a breeze.
